Shipping policy

All physical products purchased from Rintzylee Designs are subject to the following shipping policy.

All orders are processed within 3 business days with the exclusion of Nationally recognized Holidays. In the event Rintzylee Designs is experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, Rintzylee Designs will contact the purchaser directly.

At this time Rintzylee Designs is able to ship to provinces within Canada, states within United States, and some international countries. If you do not see your country, please contact us at support@rintzylee.com for a quote.

All orders come with free tracked shipping on orders shipped to North America. For any other countries, a flat rate shipping fee will be added in addition to the purchase price.

USA AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently ship to the following countries: USA, Australia, UK, India, and Hong Kong. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us at support@rintzylee.com for a quote. All international customers are subject to any extra customs & duty taxes & fees incurred upon delivery as these fees are not included in the order price. International customers will be responsible for all fees incurred.
